Revisiting an old friend, part 2

Well, after a bit of playing around in Lightroom, Silver Efex Pro 2 and Photoshop, here's the result. Quite different from the original (see my previous blog post) but I hope emphasises the skyline.  The processing I used is somewhat inspired by the work of Joel Tjintjelaar who uses long exposure photos to get some pretty dramatic effects.
